Half Scale Dragsters, Inc. was founded by our current owner, Randy Ditzel, and Vincent Napp. In 1992, Vincent Napp believed that in order to get children and teenagers more involved with the sport of drag racing, they should have scaled down cars which they could drive themselves. At that point he contacted his friend Randy Ditzel with the concept and together the two men made the idea a reality. Years later those late nights of work have become what is not an international sport. As the sport has grown and expanded, so has Half Scale Dragsters, now located in a 7,500 sq. ft. facility in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
